What sets the price
Your quote comes from four things:
Package
Simplified or Advanced for one event, or Annual for all of them.
Attendees
How many people the event is for. On Annual, the size of your pool for the year.
Add-ons
Extra vendors, message top-ups, a custom email domain, on-site help.
Paid tickets
A service fee applies to paid ticket sales. Free and RSVP events pay none.

Pricing questions
Tell us the date, guest count and what you need on the day, and we will send a quote.
Why is there no price on this page?+
Because the price depends on the package, how many attendees the event is for and the add-ons you need, so one number would be wrong for most events. Send us your event details and we quote the event you are actually running.
Simplified or Advanced: which do I need?+
Simplified covers registration, tickets, check-in and the lucky draw for a single-session event. Choose Advanced if you need WhatsApp invitations, a seating plan, your team's phones as scanners, more than one session, an agenda, live polls, certificates, exhibitors or the AI report.
Per event or annual: which should I choose?+
Per event if you run one or two events a year. Annual if you run several: Advanced on every event, unlimited events and one attendee pool shared across the year. If per event works out cheaper for your plans, we will tell you.
What if more people register than we planned for?+
Tell us and we raise your limit. On a per-event package, extra attendees are billed separately and never cost more than the next package up. On Annual, we add a top-up block to your attendee pool.
Is there a free plan?+
SOURapp is free to download, and you can plan an event and run RSVPs in it at no cost. Registration, ticketing and check-in need a package. Our sign-in sheet, attendance sheet and event planning checklist are free with no sign-up.
How do guests pay, and are there fees?+
Guests pay by card, FPX online banking or e-wallet, in ringgit. A service fee applies to each paid checkout; the organiser pays it by default and your quote states it. Free and RSVP events pay no fee. Refunds, full or partial, are issued from the console.
Do you provide scanners or staff on the day?+
Yes, as add-ons: on-site technicians, QR scanners that connect to a laptop, and a label printer with labels. We don't supply phones; with Advanced, your team's own phones work as scanners.
